INTRODUCTION FOARE supports research and educational programs vital to the future of the out-of-home (OOH) industry by awarding scholarships each year to qualified students. Since 2001, FOARE has granted more than $663,000 in scholarships to over 200 students, the majority of whom have direct ties to the OOH sector.
